Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Wipeout Creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

To return an item, please ensure you contact us to request a returns authorisation. Once authorised, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your returns authorisation.

All returned items must:

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Be in the same condition as when dispatched

Please ensure you obtain proof of delivery when returning your order. If proof of delivery is not available and we do not receive the returned item(s), we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

This includes:

• Marks or damaged items

• Spelling mistakes

• Incorrect logos

• Incorrect colours

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Personalised Items

Items that are personalised or customised are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item is faulty.

This includes garments that are individually personalised. If a personalised item does not fit, unfortunately it cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering. If possible, try on a colleague’s garment or check your measurements before placing your order.

Please note that our hooded sweatshirts and fleece jackets are a unisex fit, so keep this in mind when selecting your size.

Faulty Items

If a garment is faulty, please contact us by email and include photographic evidence where possible.

We may request that the item is returned to us for inspection.

If a replacement is offered for a faulty garment, it will be replaced with the same size and colour as the original item.

Refunds

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until:

• The returned item(s) have been received, or

• Evidence of proof of delivery is provided in the event of non-receipt.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date the item is returned for the refund to be processed.
