The best format is vector but a high quality file in any of these formats: Ai, eps, svg, cdr, png, pdf should be fine.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by credit, debit card or Paypal, We can also provide bank details for Bacs payment.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes, we have partnered with Klarna to offer our customers a credit facility so you can pay over 30 days or 3 months. Please choose this option when you check out of the website.

Bulk Order Discount

Bulk orders for clothing begins at 20 units Mixed sizes & items. Please contact us for a bespoke quote. Workwear Bundles have already been discounted & no further discount can be applied. 

There is a one off set up fee of £8.33+vat for a left chest logo & £20.00+vat for a large back logo for embroidery and print.  This cost is for us to sample your logo and provide you with a proof mock-up. Once we have your logo set up on file we wont charge for this again. We do offer free logo set up for embroidery on most of our workwear Bundles.

Branding FAQ

Which finish is best for my garment type?

For most garments we advise you have them embroidered as this lasts longer. If you’re unsure please email us at info@wipeoutcreations.com

Where can I brand my garments?

The most popular location is the left breast area, however we can brand your garments anywhere you would like where we can access with our embroidery machines. Often customers will have multiple locations embroidered to maximise their brand visibility. I.E  a left chest logo & a right arm logo. Some customers like to have larger back logos.

What branding methods to do you use?

Embroidery, digital transfer and vinyl print

What size can I have my branding?

Large back prints can be as wide as 270mm

Left chest logo is no bigger than 112mm wide

Can you brand garments that I supply to you?

Delivery & returns FAQ

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, although we do offer free delivery for orders over £100. All orders are delivered by professional couriers with full online tracking of your order available.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Our turnaround time for most orders is 5-10 working days from receipt of your artwork. If there are any unexpected delays we will inform you.

How will my order be delivered?

We use DPD for our deliveries. They will message you a tracking link either the day before or on the morning of your scheduled delivery.

Can I send my order to different address?

Yes, we often split orders for customers wishing to have their garments delivered to different addresses. Please let us know by either emailing info@wipeoutcreations.com or entering the details in the instructions box when placing your order.

Do you deliver outside of the mainland UK?
No, we currently only deliver to mainland UK due to delivery costs.

I’m not far from you, can I collect my order?
Yes, of course. We have lots of customers close to us that collect their branded garments. If you would like to collect your order please let us know in advance.

What is your refund/returns policy?
