What file formats do you accept for artwork?
High resolution JPG, PNG or PDF please
For printed items, we recommend sending a high-resolution file which are print ready (vector file). If the file sent is low quality or jpeg, it may need to be re-drawn (and there will be a charge), we will let you know if this is the case before any work is completed.
When supplying artwork, please specify any CMYK or Pantone matched colours you would like to use. So we can be ensure consistency in your branding and artwork.
If you have any other questions regarding artwork, please contact us.
We can offer samples for most products we supply. However, we are not able to offer a return on these items and they must be paid for in full.
Bespoke items samples (such as made to manufacture) can also be supplied – this would be priced per job. Please contact us for a quote.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by credit, debit card or Paypal
Do you offer credit terms?
Yes, we have partnered with Klarna to offer our customers a credit facility so you can pay over 30 days or 3 months. Please choose this option when you check out of the website.
Our standard terms of business is payment on order or invoice.
However, we do offer customer accounts with 30-day payment terms. To be eligible for account consideration, we require a minimum commitment spend per year before such a credit application is considered. For more information, please contact us.
Which finish is best for my garment type?
For most garments we advise you have them embroidered as this lasts longer. For larger areas such as t-shirts screen printing may be better. If you’re unsure please email us at email@example.com
Where can I brand my garments?
The most popular location is the left breast area, however we can brand your garments anywhere you would like where we can access with our embroidery machines. Often customers will have multiple locations embroidered to maximise their brand visibility.

Delivery & returns FAQ
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, although we do offer free delivery for orders over £100. All orders are delivered by professional couriers with full online tracking of your order available.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our turnaround time for most orders is 5-10 working days from receipt of your artwork. If there are any unexpected delays we will inform you.
How will my order be delivered?
We use DPD for our deliveries. They will message you a tracking link either the day before or on the morning of your scheduled delivery.
Can I send my order to different addresses?
Yes, we often split orders for customers wishing to have their garments delivered to different addresses. Please let us know by either emailing email@example.com or entering the details in the instructions box when placing your order.
Do you deliver outside of the mainland UK?
No, we currently only deliver to mainland UK due to delivery costs.
I’m not far from you, can I collect my order?
Yes, of course. We have lots of customers close to us that collect their branded garments. If you would like to collect your order please let us know in advance.
