2. Printing and Embroidery
We print all our clothing and products in-house. We’re able to cater for any printing jobs from 1 piece up to 1000+.

You can mix ‘n’ match t-shirt colours and sizes at no extra cost to your order.

Free postage in the UK for all clothing deals / bundles. larger quantities ordered will be quoted..
EU & International customers please contact us before for a postage quotation.

Once your order has been placed, You will need to contact us with your print artwork via email – info@wipeoutcreations.com

**ARTWORK**

For information explaining what the best file format to send your artwork to us is at info@wipeoutcreations.com

But high quality JPEG, or if the artwork is not Vector, 300dpi minimum. lower quality images, may slightly alter the artwork.

Digitizing is the process of changing a graphic image into an embroidery file. When you have non-standard letters or a logo, we need to set it up in the computer by digitizing.

The digitizing cost for embroidery depends largely on the size and complexity of the design.

One off embroidery set up charge may apply of £15-£25 depending on stitch count.

Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this Website;
All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling.
Packaging may vary from that shown on the Website;
The weights, dimensions and capacities given on the Website are exact to the best of our knowledge;
Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your device; all screens show colours slightly differently so there will be subtle differences. Occasionally the colours of the products that you receive may vary from those ordered, we reserve the right to inform you of this;
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered are not available and when the product will be restocked. A restock date is the date it arrives into the warehouse and gets shipped to a customer. When they receive the product will depend on what shipping method they select in the shopping basket

Our Price Promise

We are committed to looking after you, your workforce, & your budget. Our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at one of our competitors we will match that price. All we need you to do is advise us of a few details and we will make the necessary arrangements.

How to Claim

We need just a few details to beat the price for you, and you can contact us via email, telephone or social media.

We require:
1. The product name or code
2. The competitor’s name and price
3. The URL/web link, or documentary proof of the offer

If we confirm that the product is being offered at a lower retail price, and that it meets the price match criteria, we will match / beat that price.

Price Promise Terms and Conditions

Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor in the UK Mainland, who sells to the general public and end users, including UK based websites but excluding factory outlets, duty free shops, auction sites, market stalls, private sales, membership clubs and any insolvency or liquidation/closing down sales)
The product(s) in question must be new, identical in style, specification, colour and size, and be offered on the same terms
Our Price Promise will usually be available against sale or discounted products, at our discretion.
The price of the comparison product must be valid on day of claim, in stock with the competitor and Wipeout Creations.
Price Promise does not usually include delivery charges, but we will consider each request on its own merits.
Typographical errors, affiliate, voucher code, gift cards or media discount is excluded from the guarantee.
Any other retailer’s price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any Price Promise product is excluded.
Competitions, free gifts and giveaways are excluded from the Price Promise.
The Price Promise is at the discretion of Wipeout Creations. Our decision will be final on the Price Promise, this will only be refused where the match is not commercially viable.
Price Promise claims cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
We reserve the right to withdraw our price match guarantee at any time.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Legal Compliance
You agree that you will not use, sell or supply any products purchased from Wipeout Creations Ltd in an unlawful manner and, in particular, will comply with all export controls and sanctions rules in your country of residence.

5. Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unles we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
for the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by you.
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
for gaming, betting or lottery services.
6. Notices
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

7. Conclusion
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

8. We reserve the right to supply a same or higher quality alternative garment in the event of stock shortages at our suppliers.

9. Clothing
We will put your logo/image/text where we think is appropriate. Unless stated other wise by the customer. If you (the customer) would like your logo/image/text in a particular place please contact info@wipeoutcreations.com
