Description

The E.N.T Softshell Jacket is built for the commute and corridor rather than outdoor use — the 3-layer bonded construction includes a TPU waterproof membrane and microfleece inner, making it windproof and breathable enough for travel between hospital sites or departments without overheating indoors. Waterproof to 10,000mm and cut to a contemporary fit that works over scrubs or clinical wear.

The E.N.T logo is embroidered as standard. Staff name, hospital, and department can all be added free of charge at checkout — useful for department-wide orders where individual identification matters. Available in navy, XS through to 3XL.

Garment Care Guide
Proper care keeps your garments looking their best for longer. Care labels provide important guidance on how to clean and maintain each item, taking into account the fabric, stitching, print, and construction methods used. Following these instructions will help preserve the fit, colour, and overall appearance of your garment after repeated washing.

General Care Guidelines
Please use the following as a guide for all garments:

  • Fasten all zips and undo buttons before washing
  • Check pockets and remove any loose or sharp objects
  • Smooth out collars and cuffs
  • Always refer to the care label before washing
  • Use a good-quality detergent and the correct recommended amount

Washing & Drying

  • Due to the specialist printing techniques used on our garments:
  • Do not wash above 40°C, as higher temperatures may cause prints to crack or fade
  • Do not tumble dry, as this may cause logos to crack and garments to shrink

Following these guidelines will help maintain the quality and longevity of your item.

Delivery and Shipping

UK Delivery
Orders shipped to UK Mainland addresses over £150 automatically qualify for free standard delivery.

Orders below this amount may incur a minimum £3.80 signed-for delivery charge.

All deliveries are sent using our main courier partners Royal Mail and DPD, using their standard delivery services.

Processing & Dispatch Times
Most of our products are made to order, which means items are produced after your order has been placed.

Typical dispatch times are 7–14 days, depending on the product and order requirements.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been prepared and is ready to ship.

Please note that dispatch time does not include the time required for suppliers to deliver materials to Wipeout Creations where applicable.

NHS Products
All NHS clothing and products are made to order, and we do not hold stock.

Orders are typically dispatched within 7–14 days, although delays can occasionally occur due to production or supplier lead times.

Workwear Orders
For workwear orders, production begins once artwork approval has been confirmed.

The average delivery timeframe for these items is 5–14 days from artwork approval.

Delivery to Islands
Deliveries to UK islands may take approximately 3–10 working days, depending on location and courier availability.

Republic of Ireland (ROI)
Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland over €150 automatically qualify for free delivery.

International Shipping
For all other international destinations, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.
